This week, we officially started the YouTube transition for the podcast. And when I say “started,” I mean started releasing videos (as the work began about 6 weeks ago. The channel technically existed before, but it wasn’t active. Episodes were automatically pushed from the RSS feed to YouTube as static-image videos. No real strategy behind it. No video presence.
